Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Soak noodles in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, or until they are soft enough to eat. Drain, and quickly rinse under cold water to keep from sticking. Set aside.
  2. Cook chicken with small amount of oil in hot wok/large frying pan. Once cooked remove chicken.
  3. Wipe wok/frying pan clean with paper towel.
  4. Heat a 1/4 cup water in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked chicken to cooked vegetables
  6. Add the noodles, hoisin sauce and chilli flakes and toss thoroughly to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
