Corn and Zucchini Muffins
310g can creamed corn
full cream milk
self raising flour
Whisk together full cream milk, can of creamed corn and eggs in a large bowl until it’s mixed well.
Add the rest of your ingredients and stir with a spoon until it’s mixed well.
Spoon mixture into 12 paper lined muffin tins.
Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
