Corn and Zucchini Muffins
Instructions
  1. Whisk together full cream milk, can of creamed corn and eggs in a large bowl until it’s mixed well.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients and stir with a spoon until it’s mixed well.
  3. Spoon mixture into 12 paper lined muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
