Ingredients
Servings: Enter required serves, ingridents will automatically update
Instructions
  1. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with cooking oil to grease.
  2. Heat pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tomatoes to one side of pan and mushrooms on the other side.
  4. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tomato skins begin to split and mushrooms are tender. Transfer to a plate, cover and keep warm
  5. Spray the frying pan with a little more cooking oil and heat over medium heat. Crack eggs into pan and fry until cooked to your liking
  6. Heat baked beans in the microwave or stove top
  7. Toast bread.
  8. Place toast onto serving plates. Top each slice of toast with an egg. Serve with baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and baby spinach
